5 vs. 5 Team Tournament Rules

Gameplay Rules-

Each game will consist of two (2) 15-round halves. A game will end if a Team reaches 16-round wins in the second half. If the score of a game is tied after 30 rounds, overtime will be played. Overtime consists of two (2) three-round halves. Players will start each overtime half with $16,000. A game will end if a Team reaches four-round wins in the same overtime. If the score of an overtime is tied after six rounds, another
overtime will be played.

Settings

1. Round-time = 1:55 minutes
2. Freeze-time = 20 seconds
3. Buy-time = 20 seconds
4. C4 timer = 40 seconds
5. Overtime Money = $16,000
6. Overtime Rounds = 3 rounds per half

Round 2 & Round 3 Map and Side Selection Rules-

It will be randomly selected by the admins that which team will be Team A and which will be Team B. Then, map and side selection will take place by the steps given below.

a) Team A bans 1 map

b) Team B bans 1 map

c) Team A bans 1 map

d) Team B bans 1 map

e) Team A bans 1 map

f) Team B bans 1 map

g) The last map remaining in the pool of 7 maps (Dust 2, Cache, Mirage, Train, Inferno, Overpass, Cobblestone) after banning 6 maps will be the map on which the BO-1 (Best of 1) match will be played.

h) Side Selection (T or CT) will take place through knife round.

Semi-Finals & Finale Map and Side Selection Rules-

It will be randomly selected by the admins that which team will be Team A and which will be Team B. Then, map and side selection will take place by the steps given below.

a) Team A bans 1 map

b) Team B bans 1 map

c) Team A picks the map for Game 1 and Team B chooses the side

d) Team B picks the map for Game 2 and Team A chooses the side

e) Team B bans 1 map

f) Team A picks the third map and Team B chooses the side

g) The last map remaining in the pool of 7 maps (Dust 2, Cache, Mirage, Train, Inferno, Overpass, Cobblestone) will be the 3rd map

General Rules

  • Teams have to join the server at least 15 minutes prior to their match time.
  • There will be only 1 tactical/technical timeout allowed in each map for a team.
  • Hacking of any sorts is strictly prohibited and if any player is found/adjudged as a hacker by the discretion of the admins then his team will be disqualified from the tournament and the opposing team will receive a bye.
  • In case a team fails to appear for the match, the opposing team will receive a bye.
  • Disqualified teams will forfeit their prize money.

 

2 vs. 2 Wingman Tournament Rules

Gameplay Rules-

Overtime consists of two (2) three-round halves. Players will start each overtime half with $16,000. A game will end if a Team reaches four-round wins in the same overtime. If the score of an overtime is tied after six rounds, another
overtime will be played.

Deathmatch Tournament Rules

Gameplay

Players have an infinite amount of re-spawns with full armor, and come back within a few seconds of their death. After a player spawns, a distinctive spawning noise can be heard, and the player will be invulnerable for up to 6 seconds allowing the player to access a modified buy menu. Ammo reserves are infinite, and any weapon can be “purchased” regardless of cost except equipment such as grenades and the Defuse Kit. The load-out can be locked or random, depending on which the player chooses to use. Once the player begins moving or fires a weapon, invulnerability will wear off within a second, and the buy menu will no longer be accessible. Killing enemies or scoring assists will gain points instead of money or new weapons.

Weapons cannot be thrown away, and players will not drop weapons when killed. Friendly fire and collision will be off.

The match will be played on Dust 2 map.

Bonus Weapons

During the match, random weapons are selected to give players a bonus of 5 points or more for 30 seconds and points are awarded for assistance. Players are given an opportunity to equip (or, in earlier versions, re-spawn with) the bonus weapon by pressing DROP key (default: G) at anytime when the bonus is active. Originally, if a player still within the initial spawn invulnerability when the bonus key is pressed, the weapon will be granted to the player without re-spawning.
